Troubleshooting Modify LTO Contract

"Review and Sign Deal" Button Is Gray

Problem:
You cannot click the button.

Solution:
One or more required fields are incomplete. Check:

  • SIZE field has a number (not 0.00)

  • CONTRACT TENOR is selected (3M, 6M, etc.)

  • REPAYMENT SCHEDULE is selected (WEEKLY or MONTHLY)

  • DOWN PAYMENT CURRENCY tab is selected (LTO or FUNDING)

Fill in any missing field. The button turns gold when everything is complete.

DESK Shows No Assets

Problem:
The DESK section is empty.

Solution:
This usually means the data feed is not loading. Try:

  1. Refresh your browser (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R).

  2. Wait 30 seconds for the connection to establish.

  3. Check if "Live" indicator has a green dot.

If DESK remains empty after 5 minutes, there may be a temporary platform issue. Check other sections (HOME, PLAN) to see if data loads there. If they load but DESK does not, contact support

Limit Order Price Not Accepting My Entry

Problem:
You type a price in the LIMIT ORDER field, but it disappears or shows an error.

Solution:
Check your format:

  • Use only numbers and one decimal point: 68837.73

  • No commas: 68837.73 (not 68,837.73)

  • No dollar signs: 68837.73 (not $68,837.73)

Also check if your price is reasonable. The platform rejects prices too far from current market value (usually ±30%). If Bitcoin is $68,000, entering $30,000 will be rejected.

Calculator Shows Zero Fees

Problem:
The LTO Calculator displays $0.00 for all fees.

Solution:
This means the Amount (BTC) field is empty or set to zero. Enter a value greater than 0.00. The calculator updates instantly.

If you enter an amount and fees still show zero:

  1. Close the calculator.

  2. Reopen it.

  3. Enter your amount again.

If fees still show zero after this, there may be a calculation issue. Contact support.

Down Payment Balance Shows 0.00 USDT

Problem:
Both LTO and FUNDING tabs show zero balance, but you know you have funds.

Solution:
Your funds may be in the wrong wallet. Check:

  1. Navigate to ASSETS dropdown (top menu).

  2. Look at FUNDING wallet balance.

  3. Look at LTO wallet balance.

If funds are in LTO wallet but you need them in FUNDING:

  1. Go to HOME section.

  2. Click CONVERT.

  3. Move funds from LTO wallet to FUNDING wallet.

  4. Wait 2-5 minutes for conversion to complete.

  5. Return to PRO > DEAL BUILDER.

Balance should now display correctly.

Pre-Made Plan Button Does Nothing

Problem:
You click "START OWNING" on a plan card, but nothing happens.

Solution:
Check the plan availability. Look for an indicator like "999 spots left" or "1000 spots left." If you see "0 spots left" or no indicator, the plan may be full.

Also check your account status:

  1. Go to Settings > Account.

  2. Verify KYC status shows "Approved."

  3. If status shows "Pending," complete verification first.

If your account is verified and the plan has availability but the button still does not work, try:

  1. Refresh the page.

  2. Try a different plan to test if buttons work.

  3. If other plans work but one does not, that specific plan may be temporarily unavailable.

Chart Not Loading

Problem:
The TradingView chart shows a blank screen or error message.

Solution:
This usually means your browser is blocking the chart. Try:

  1. Disable ad blockers for bitlease.com.

  2. Enable third-party content (required for TradingView).

  3. Refresh the page.

If the chart still does not load:

  1. Try a different browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended).

  2. Check if tradingview.com loads directly in your browser.

  3. If TradingView works separately but not in Bitlease, there may be an integration issue. Contact support.

When to Contact Support

You should contact Bitlease Support if:

  • Solutions above do not resolve your issue after 24 hours

  • You see error messages not covered in this guide

  • Deal Builder calculations appear incorrect

  • Your lease does not appear in OWNING after signing

  • Payments deducted but contract not activated

  • Chart data shows prices that contradict other reliable sources

  • Limit Orders not executing when target price reached

  • Any behavior that does not match this documentation

Before You Contact Support:

Gather this information:

  • Screenshots of error messages

  • Your wallet balances (FUNDING and LTO)

  • Asset and amount you tried to lease

  • Parameters you selected (DOWN %, TERM, payment frequency)

  • Current REFERENCE SPOT PRICE shown

  • Order type (MARKET or LIMIT)

  • Browser name and version

  • Any error messages from browser console (F12 > Console tab)
