Troubleshooting Common LTO & Leasing Issues

Last updated on March 11, 2026

Insufficient Funds Error

Symptom

Red error banner displaying "Insufficient USDT balance" or "Insufficient Currency balance" with a message showing "Need $X.XX more"

Possible Causes

  1. Selected payment wallet (LTO or FUNDING) has insufficient balance

  2. Down payment amount exceeds available funds in chosen currency

  3. Wallet balance not updated after recent deposits

Solutions

1. Check Your Wallet Balance

  • Navigate to your wallet overview

  • Verify which wallet (LTO vs FUNDING) you selected for down payment

  • Confirm the available balance meets or exceeds the required down payment

2. Switch Payment Currency

  • In Deal Builder, toggle between LTO, FUNDING, and USDT options

  • Select the wallet with sufficient funds

  • The error should clear once adequate balance is detected

3. Add Funds to Your Account

  • Click ADD FUNDS button from the home screen

  • Deposit cryptocurrency or USDT to your FUNDING wallet

  • Wait for deposit confirmation (typically 2-6 network confirmations)

  • Return to Deal Builder once funds are available

4. Reduce Down Payment Percentage

  • Use the Initial Equity slider to lower your down payment

  • Minimum allowed is typically 20%

  • Note: Lower down payments increase total financing costs

"START OWNING" Button Grayed Out or Unresponsive

Symptom

Cannot click the "START OWNING" button on plan cards, or the button appears dimmed/inactive despite selecting a plan

Possible Causes

  • Plan availability has reached capacity (0 spots remaining)

  • Account verification incomplete (KYC requirements not met)

  • Browser cache or connection issues

  • Plan temporarily unavailable or under maintenance

  • Account restrictions preventing LTO access

  • Minimum investment threshold not met

Solutions

1. Verify Plan Availability:

  • Check the availability bar beneath each plan

  • Look for "X spots left" indicator (e.g., "999 spots left", "550 spots left")

  • If showing "0 spots left," the plan is currently at full capacity

  • Browse alternative plans with similar terms

  • Check back later as plan availability refreshes periodically

2. Complete Account Verification:

  • Navigate to account settings or profile section

  • Check your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification status

  • Complete any pending identity verification steps

  • Upload required documents if requested

  • Wait for verification approval before attempting again

3. Try a Different Plan:

  • Test the Standard plan (6 Month, 35% down, 4.00% APR) to isolate the issue

  • If other plans work, the specific plan may have restricted access

  • Verify you meet minimum/maximum investment thresholds for your selected plan

  • Check if plan is marked as "Limited" availability

4. Technical Troubleshooting:

  • Refresh your browser page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R / F5)

  • Clear browser cache and cookies

  • Try accessing from a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)

  • Check your internet connection stability

  • Disable browser extensions or ad blockers temporarily

  • Try from a different device (mobile vs desktop)

5. Review Plan Filtering:

  • Click "All Plans" tab to ensure you're viewing all available options

  • Remove any Advanced Filters that might be hiding compatible plans

  • Reset filters to default settings

LTO Calculator Not Calculating Correctly

Symptom

When using the LTO Calculator, values don't update, show as $0.00, calculations appear incorrect, or fields remain blank after input

Possible Causes

  • Missing or incomplete required input fields

  • Asset price data not loaded (displays $0.00)

  • Invalid number format or out-of-range values entered

  • Browser compatibility issues with calculator widget

  • JavaScript disabled or blocked

  • Calculator tool experiencing temporary malfunction

Solutions

1. Complete All Required Fields:

  • Select Asset: Click dropdown and choose cryptocurrency (e.g., BTC)

  • Amount (BTC): Enter quantity greater than 0.00 in the Size field

  • Prepayment (%): Set percentage (default typically 30%, range 20-60%)

  • Payment Interval: Select either "Weekly" or "Monthly"

  • Number of Payments: Enter total payment count (must be greater than 0)

2. Verify Asset Price Loading:

  • Confirm the asset displays current market price (e.g., "$68,870.21") in green

  • If price appears as "$0.00" or blank, wait 10-15 seconds for data to load

  • Refresh the page if price doesn't appear within 30 seconds

  • Check for "Live" indicator showing market data is active

3. Check Value Ranges:

  • Amount must be within displayed range (typically "Range: 0.01 - 1000")

  • Enter values with proper decimal format (e.g., "0.5" not "0,5")

  • Prepayment percentage typically ranges from 20% to 60%

  • Number of payments must align with selected interval and reasonable contract length

  • Don't enter negative numbers or special characters

4. Test with Simple Round Numbers:

  • Try Amount: 1 (BTC)

  • Prepayment: 30%

  • Payment Interval: Monthly

  • Number of Payments: 12

  • If calculator responds to these inputs, gradually adjust to your desired values

5. Clear Fields and Start Fresh:

  • Click away from the calculator

  • Return to LTO Calculator

  • Clear all fields completely

  • Re-enter values one field at a time

  • Wait 2-3 seconds between entries for calculation updates

6. Browser-Specific Fixes:

  • Ensure JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings

  • Try incognito/private browsing mode to rule out extension conflicts

  • Test in different browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge

  • Disable ad blockers or privacy extensions temporarily

  • Update your browser to the latest version

7. Verify Currency Settings:

  • Ensure selected currency matches your account region

  • Check that USDT is properly selected if that's your payment currency

  • Verify currency symbols display correctly ($, ₿, etc.)
