Troubleshooting Managing Active LTO Contracts

Dashboard Not Showing Active Contracts

Symptom:

You've created a lease but don't see it in "My Ownership Pad"

Possible Causes:

  • Lease creation process incomplete

  • Payment confirmation pending

  • Browser cache displaying outdated data

  • Insufficient initial payment processed

Solutions:

1. Verify Lease Creation Status

  • Go to PLAN section

  • Check if contract appears as "Pending" or "Processing"

  • Wait 2–5 minutes for blockchain confirmation

  • Refresh your browser (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R)

2. Check Payment Processing

  • Navigate to your transaction history

  • Confirm down payment was successfully processed

  • Verify FUNDING wallet had sufficient balance

  • Review transaction ID for payment confirmation

3. Clear Browser Cache

  • Clear cookies and cache for Bitlease.com

  • Log out and log back in

  • Try accessing from a different browser

  • Use incognito/private browsing mode to test

Progress Percentage Not Updating

Symptom:

Made a payment but Progress metric still shows previous percentage

Possible Causes:

  • Payment processing delay

  • Missed payment due to insufficient FUNDING balance

  • System update lag

  • Payment schedule mismatch

Solutions:

1. Verify Payment Confirmation

  • Check transaction history for payment record

  • Confirm payment timestamp matches due date

  • Review FUNDING wallet transaction log

  • Wait 5–10 minutes for system update

2. Check FUNDING Wallet Balance

  • Navigate to ASSETS > FUNDING wallet

  • Verify balance was sufficient on payment due date

  • Review any pending transactions

  • Ensure auto-payment settings are enabled

3. Force Dashboard Refresh

  • Log out of your account

  • Clear browser cache

  • Log back in and navigate to OWNING

  • Check if Progress percentage updated

Cannot See "Create LTO Position" Button

Symptom:

Want to start a new lease but button is missing or disabled

Possible Causes:

  • Maximum active contracts reached (platform limit)

  • Account verification incomplete

  • Insufficient FUNDING wallet balance

  • Regional restrictions apply

Solutions:

1. Check Active Contract Limits

  • Review your current number of active leases

  • Complete or close existing contracts if at maximum

  • Check your account tier limits in Settings

  • Upgrade account level if needed

2. Verify Account Status

  • Go to Settings > Account

  • Confirm KYC verification status is "Approved"

  • Check if any pending verification requirements exist

  • Complete any outstanding verification steps

3. Review FUNDING Balance

  • Ensure sufficient balance for minimum down payment

  • Add funds if balance is below required threshold

  • Verify supported currencies available (USDT/LTO)

  • Check minimum deposit requirements

"Insufficient Balance" Error When Creating Lease

Symptom:

Red error message: "Insufficient USDT balance" or "Need $[amount] more"

Possible Causes:

  • FUNDING wallet balance below down payment requirement

  • Funds in wrong wallet (LTO wallet instead of FUNDING)

  • Pending transactions reducing available balance

  • Fee calculations exceeding displayed amount

Solutions:

1. Check Wallet Balance Location

  • Go to ASSETS dropdown

  • Verify balance is in FUNDING wallet (not LTO wallet)

  • Use CONVERT feature if funds in wrong wallet

  • Allow 2–5 minutes for conversion to complete

2. Calculate Total Required Amount

  • Down Payment + Platform Fee (1.5%) + Insurance (6% annually prorated)

  • Review "Total Cost" breakdown in lease creation screen

  • Add 5% buffer for price fluctuations

  • Transfer exact amount plus buffer to FUNDING wallet

3. Clear Pending Transactions

  • Check transaction history for pending operations

  • Wait for pending transfers to complete

  • Cancel any unnecessary pending transactions

  • Retry lease creation after balance updates

Contact Bitlease Support if:

  • Solutions above don't resolve your issue

  • Error persists for more than 24 hours

  • You suspect a technical problem with the platform

  • Your assets disappeared or show incorrect balances

  • Withdrawal stuck in processing for extended period

  • You need urgent help with incorrect address submission

  • Account behavior doesn't match documented processes
