Progress Percentage Not Updating

Made a payment but Progress metric still shows previous percentage

Missed payment due to insufficient FUNDING balance

Payment schedule mismatch
Solutions:
1. Verify Payment Confirmation
Check transaction history for payment record
Confirm payment timestamp matches due date
Review FUNDING wallet transaction log
Wait 5–10 minutes for system update
2. Check FUNDING Wallet Balance
Navigate to ASSETS > FUNDING wallet
Verify balance was sufficient on payment due date
Review any pending transactions
Ensure auto-payment settings are enabled
3. Force Dashboard Refresh
Log out of your account

Log back in and navigate to OWNING
Check if Progress percentage updated

Down Payment + Platform Fee (1.5%) + Insurance (6% annually prorated)
Review "Total Cost" breakdown in lease creation screen

Transfer exact amount plus buffer to FUNDING wallet
3. Clear Pending Transactions
Check transaction history for pending operations
Wait for pending transfers to complete
Cancel any unnecessary pending transactions
Retry lease creation after balance updates
